Meditation Classes
Come and learn to really incorporate meditation into your daily life. Whether you are new to meditation or experienced, this special meditation circle with a regular group of beautiful like-minded people is a wonderful addition to your life.
Try a meditation class to see if it's for you. If you like the feel and style of the group and class, come regularly. We'd love to welcome you to the group!
These are not repetitive and boring meditation classes! New and different ways to practise meditation are explored each week so that you can find exciting and fun ways to integrate meditation at home.
You are encouraged to try at least 10-20 minutes of meditation at home each day, between classes to gain maximum benefits, but it is not mandatory. There are many benefits to incorporating regular meditation into your daily life. It doesn't have to be for long, but regularity is the key.
Come to regular meditation classes in order to practise and improve your technique, and meet with like-minded people to be encouraged and inspired.

- Each month, a new technique or meditation style is explored in a number of ways during that particular month's weekly classes to deepen your meditation experience and practise.
- If you are new to meditation, you will learn to comfortably and effectively improve your practise.
- If you are an experienced meditator, you will find like-minded people to share a group energy with that really accelerates the depth of your meditation practise.
